Kevin Durant travels with the Warriors
He’s already been ruled out for the opener of the NBA Finals because of a strained right
calf, ESPN reports that Kevin Durant traveled on the Warriors’ flight to Toronto for
Games 1 and 2. Game 1 is Thursday, but Golden State will have a couple of days
off before Game 2 against the Raptors on Sunday. Durant hasn’t played since Game 5 of
the Western Conference semifinals against the Rockets. There’s also a possibility that
DeMarcus Cousins could play in the NBA finals, he’s been out with a strain quad during
these playoffs.
