Help in the Heartland: Central Indiana flood relief. When the waters rise, Hoosiers rise higher. Supporting American Red Cross disaster relief.

Well it’s taken 46 years but the 1972 movie documenting Aretha Franklin’s church sessions that led to her best-selling Amazing Grace gospel album will finally hit the silver screen.  The movie of the same name has been delayed for decades by legal and technical issues, and her estate has cleared the way for its release.  It will premiere November 12th at the DOC NYC film festival in Manhattan and then be screened in New York and Los Angeles prior to a wider release nationwide next year.  The movie will be out in time for any possible Oscar nomination.
