From the category of ”this is my story and i’m sticking to it”, Roseanne Barr is hinting that the sleep drug Ambien might have had something to do with the tweet that got her fired from her hit ABC series. Page Six reports the comedian shared that during taping of an interview for the Dr. Oz show. Barr says she’s done a lot of weird things on Ambien and she thinks a lot of other people have too. Barr says she’d taken Ambien when she tweeted a racist comment about former Obama adviser Valerie Jarrett in May. ABC cancelled the hit reboot of Roseanne and fired Barr within days. Barr’s interview with Dr. Oz is scheduled to air next Tuesday.
