Federal and state police agents have raided the home of  Subway fast food restaurant spokesperson Jared Fogle. This raid in Zionsville began around 6:30 a.m. according to WTHR-TV. Investigators are expected to be on the scene all day. This is a part of an on-going child pornography probe. You may recall, back in April, Russell Taylor, who was serving as the executive director of Fogle’s non-profit foundation, The Jared Foundation, was arrested for child porn. Fogle has not been arrested, nor charged for any crime. This is a developing story.

Two teenage brothers are facing charges for allegedly firing shots near a crowd gathering to watch Fourth of July fireworks.  Indiana State Police say the 15-and 13-year-old were on the canal near Military Park Saturday when they fired the shots. The teens were arrested by nearby officers. Police say the 15-year-old admitted to being the one who pulled the trigger.

A fallen IMPD officer will be remembered today here in the city by the police force, the fraternal order of police lodge 86 and his family. Just over a year ago Officer Perry Renn was gunned down near East 34th Street and Forest Manor Avenue on the east side when he and another officer responded to a call of shots fired. Today’s memorial is the latest effort of the Fallen Officer’s Legacy Project—a grass-roots effort to mark the location where every Law Enforcement Officer in Marion County lost his/her life in service to the community. They’ll install a plaque with Officer Renn’s picture. They’ll also hold a roll call at Andrews Academy in the 4000 block of East 38th Street at 7:30 p.m. You’re invited.

Indianapolis fire fighters have been really busy. They’re investigating a suspicious fire at a vacant building on the near east side. Flames were spotted shooting from the double residence on North Parker Avenue just after midnight. They estimate about $25,000 in damages.

No injuries are reported from an acid spill that evacuated a Coca Cola bottling plant just west of Indy. Crews were called out to the plant on West 25th Street in Speedway. This happened Monday night. The report was for an unknown amount of muriatic acid spilling outside the plant.

Democrats want more details about the public relations firm hired to help improve the state’s image. The chairman of the Indiana Democratic Party has asked Governor Mike Pence to release all contracts, message memos and emails with Porter Novelli. The New York-based company was hired after the national firestorm over the Freedom Restoration Act. State officials abruptly canceled the $750,000 contract last week, but plan to pay them $365,000 for work already completed.

South Carolina lawmakers are advancing a bill to remove the Confederate battle flag from the state capitol grounds. The bill passed on second reading Monday. The 37-3 vote is more than the two-thirds it will need to ultimately pass. The senate will vote on the bill again today before it moves on to the state House.

You’ll need a little bit more coin today if you’re pulling into a Starbucks for your caffeine fix. Prices are going up at the popular coffee shop. Customers will notice beginning today that prices have gone up five to 20 cents on certain sizes of coffee’s and lattes. The company says they are the first price increases on those items in two years.

David West is reportedly joining the San Antonio Spurs. The 34-year-old played the last four years with the Pacers, but he opted out of a deal that would have paid him $12 million next season. West averaged 11.7 points and 6.8 rebounds last season.

Florida State head football coach Jimbo Fisher is booting quarterback De’Andre Johnson from the team. The move comes less than 24 hours after surveillance video of the freshman QB punching a 21-year-old woman in a bar was released.
