Angie’s List is accusing Amazon Local of stealing proprietary information. The federal lawsuit alleges Amazon Local executives and employees have signed up as members of Angie’s to download provider profiles and other information. The lawsuit says the Amazon.com subsidiary is using the information to set up a competing service to Angie’s.
