Our “Legal Eagles” stopped by “Access Indy” Sunday to go Behind The Headlines on the murder case of Baltimore’s Freddie Gray and the charges filed against six officers from the Baltimore Police Department in his death.  Gray was the 25-year-old black man who died while in police custody after suffering severe injuries which included a severed spine and neck. Gray’s death was the catalyst that sparked several days of civil unrest in Baltimore and prompted mass protest in other urban cities across the nation.  Indianapolis power-house legal husband and wife duo, Attorney KiKi Gaither of the Law Office of KiKi Gaither and Judge Geoffrey Gaither, Magistrate, Marion County Juvenile Superior Court spent some time with me to provide legal analysis of Friday’s announcement by history-making Baltimore City State’s Attorney Marilyn Mosby, and what we can expect next. Click the media player below to listen for yourself.

FULL INTERVIEW (TOTAL RUNNING TIME: 45 MINS, 26 SECONDS) begins after a message from a valued tlcnaptown.com sponsor:
