Singer Fantasia Barrino is gearing up for a legal fight over custody of her 13 year old daughter.
The teenager’s father, Brandel Shouse is suing the former American Idol winner for psychical and legal custody of their daughter Zion, claiming he is a better parent than Barrino and deserves to be her primary carer.
Barrino fired back by accusing her baby daddy of failing to build a relationship with their child or giving her any financial help.
According to TMZ, Fantasia plans to fight the custody lawsuit and is now seeking child support payments from Shouse.
