Strawberry and Avocado Sesame Salad [RECIPE]

Here’s a fresh strawberry avocado sesame salad recipe that will surely give you a boost in antioxidants, healthy fats and protein!

¼ cup honey

2 Tbsp sherry vinegar or red-wine vinegar

2 Tbsp finely chopped fresh mint

¼ tsp freshly ground pepper

pinch of salt

4 cup baby spinach

1 avocado (4-5 ounce), peeled, pitted and cut into 16 slices

1 ½ cup strawberry

2 tsp sesame seed

1. Whisk honey, vinegar, mint, pepper and salt in a small bowl.
