Wow. Recently released photos of Evelyn Lozada‘s forehead after she was head-butted by her then husband, Chad Johnson, show a horrific, nasty, bloody gash.
The photo above and others were taken by Davie, Florida police in the emergency room where Lozada was taken after Johnson’s attack on August 11, 2012. According to police, the forehead laceration measured 3 inches. (see more photos here.)
Johnson was arrested for domestic violence shortly after the incident which grew out of an over-heated argument between the then newlyweds. Lozada filed for divorce three days later.
Following the arrest, Johnson pled “no contest” to the domestic violence charge and was sentenced to 12 months probation and domestic violence classes.
The case made news again because at a probation violation sentencing hearing last week, Johnson was thrown in jail slapping his lawyer on the butt.
During the hearing, the judge called the head gash photos “horrific,” reports TMZ.
