Here I am back in 1977. It was a Halloween contest and my mother decided to make my costume that year, and I was Peter Pan!
I really wanted one of those cheap mask costumes that tore up and was cracked by the end of the day. You know the ones you would sweat in and couldn’t hardly breathe in. But noooo, my mom had to make mine that year!
I must mention that I did get ” Honorable Mention”. I guess that’s not so bad. I am surprised I didn’t do better now that I look at some of the other costumes in the picture! LOL!
