Get ready for a tribute like never before… On Saturday October 8th, actor, singer and comedian, Jamie Foxx will host a tribute to Michael Jackson in front of thousands of the KING OF POP’s fans that will be gathered at the Millennium Stadium in Cardiff, Wales.
Jamie Foxx told Us Weekly; “I am truly honored to be working with Global Live Events and the Jackson family members in participating in this epic event. Michael was larger than life and I have admired him, honored him, joked about him but always loved and respected him … I hope I honor his legacy in a way that would make him laugh and cry.”
Despite previous rumors stating that Beyonce’ would not be in attendance, don’t worry she’s on board. Bey fully intends to be there and is even planning to record a special performance to be played at the tribute to MJ.
Some of the other celebs committed to this epic event are Smokey Robinson, Christina Aguilera and Cee-Lo Green just to name a few.
