Dick Cheney’s book has caused more backlash from former Bush administration officials.

After Colin Powell criticized Dick Cheney for “cheap shots” in his book, another former secretary of state, Condoleezza Rice has taken issue with his book as well.

Rice called Cheney’s assertion that Rice misled President Bush about negotiations between the White House and North Korea “attacks on my integrity.”

The New York Daily News reports:

“I kept the president fully and completely informed about every in and out of the negotiations with the North Koreans,” Rice told Reuters on Wednesday.

“You can talk about policy differences without suggesting that your colleague somehow misled the president. You know, I don’t appreciate the attack on my integrity that that implies.”
