An internal investigation has begun in the case of two Alameda County, California deputies who were placed on administrative leave after they were filmed viciously beating a suspected car thief.
According to CNN.com a 6.0 magnitude earthquake hit Northern California early this morning. Reportedly, 87 people are injured, but no deaths. This is the strongest earthquake Cali’s had since 1989.
