You know growing up my mother would use phrases that would stop me in my tracks. Sometimes it was what she said that was more scary than her physical discipline. I remember one day she told me “boy I’m a knock the black off you if you don’t sit down somewhere.” I wasn’t really that up on the physics formula that could make this possible. But one thing I did know, if it could be done, my mother could do it. And if it wasn’t possible, my mother would start her own clinical trails on my behind.
