There was a lil rumor floating around backstage at BETs Black Girls Rock event last night. That R&B singer Monica just got ENGAGED to her NBA baller BF, Shannon Brown of the LosAngeles Lakers.
Well the rumors started when Monica sent out a tweet, talking about how she will make a good “wife.” And then . . . the girl showed up to the event wearing a GI-NORMOUS rock . .. on her left hand.
Looks to us like she just landed herself a GREAT catch. . . Hey Mo, now that you got your baller .. . . there are a few ladies on the MediaTakeOut.com staff who would like to meet some of Shannon’s TEAMMATES #wink#
