Kevin Durant has sent shockwaves are the NBA fanbase with his newest move, as he has been traded from the Phoenix Suns to the Houston Rockets.

One of those that was affected by Durants departure from Phoenix, was rapper Lil B the Based God; who had a select choice of words for the 2x Finals MVP.
“Kevin Durant really ain’t bout no basketball sh*t yo” Lil B wrote on X. “ain’t got no real paper you really just a ho pull up whenever u ready any basketball court on earth I mean that im waiting for you”
Durant, standing a near 7 feet, did not stoop to Lil B’s level. Not only did he decline the challenge, he advised Lil B to let go of his glory days
“Broke boy asking for a feature in my DM..u wouldn’t be able to get a shot off on me lil one, you was once a thing, I’m still that.”
News broke of Durant’s blockbuster trade while he was mid-interview with Taylor Rooks.
When he was asked if the news was real, Durant played coy, saying he didn’t have a clue, adding, “We’re gonna see, man, we’re gonna see.”
Durant’s trade to Houston was reported by ESPN’s Shams Charania Sunday afternoon, which was news to Durant. ESPN reports, “the trade can be formally completed when the new league year begins July 6.”
