TMZ reports that Jackson’s lawyer Brian Oxman is preparing to file a complaint with the U.S Attorney General, alleging that the company violated Americans with Disabilities Act by overlooking Michael’s rumored addiction to prescription drugs. The suit claims the company forced him into the performance rehearsals, causing his death.
He also plans to file a complaint with the Medical Board of California and will be aggressively going after his former physician Dr. Conrad Murray.
