Make sure before going out to carry a flirting prop that will get you noticed. This can be something you wear or a bag that you carry – as long as it is eye catching as it will make it easier for the guy to have something to start a conversation about.
Remember to make eye contact. It’s important to hold a man’s gaze for at least two seconds but don’t go overboard or you’ll appear like a crazy stalker!
Smile. Research has shown that by smiling, you make yourself look more attractive than if your face is neutral or frowning.
Separate yourself from your friends as this will make you seem more approachable.
When the guy finally does make his approach, make sure to contribute to the conversation. Be interesting by asking open ended questions about him. This will not only help with continuing the conversation but will also show your interest in him.
If you’ve made it this far and are actually interested, make the first move and set up a date, otherwise if you do not like the guy, be polite and let him down easy.
