Step 1

Write it out. The moment you put what you want to accomplish written out on paper, is the exact moment it all begins. What is it you are aimng for? Clearly write this out and be honest with yourself as to how you will go about taking tangiable actions towards achieving this.

  • Step 2

    Write out daily action steps. As you begin to write out these action steps be real if you can accomplish this or not. Only you would really know if you have what it takes, so make the action steps easy for you to get done. After you have it all written out, take action! Follow your plan, and rework it if need be, but stay consistent.

  • Step 3

    Congratulate yourself. As you complete each small achievement. It is impmrtant to give yourself a reward. Make sure to always do something nice for yourself when you have completed something you set out to do. This acts as a positive reinforcement to continue on.
