After riding high of a Master’s off Golf Championship win Tiger Woods has been hit with a wrongful death lawsuit.
Tiger Woods and the general manager of ‘The Woods’ Florida restaurant face a wrongful death lawsuit brought by the parents of a 24-year-old bartender employee, Nicholas Immesberger, after after he wrecked his car and died after leaving the establishment. The lawsuit claims that Tiger is liable in the bartenders because the restaurant had knowledge that this employee had a drinking issue and allowed him to drink too much after his shift at work then allowed him to drive home.
Attorneys for the family of Nicholas Immesberger held a press conference to discuss filing a lawsuit over his death against Tiger Woods and his girlfriend, Erica Herman.
