Ford is recalling more than 130-thousand pickup trucks to repair equipment that may have been broken after an earlier recall.  The issue is with the truck’s engine block heater.  Ford had recalled more than 410-thousand trucks in December because of a risk of fire from the block heater.  Now it says some of those pickups inspected may have damage done to the cables connecting the heater.  It could also lead to a fire.  It recommends not using the block heater until it gets checked out.
