Game of Thrones is promoting its final season by hiding real thrones around the world. The last season of the show begins April 14th, and to build hype around it, HBO has hidden six replicas of the Iron Throne in different countries. The network also launched a website called For The Throne, where fans can pick up clues and see a livestream video of each throne in their secret locations. Five thrones have been found so far, in the UK, Canada, Sweden, Spain and Brazil. People who find the hidden thrones have been presented with a replica of King Robert’s crown. Fans looking for the final throne are using the hashtag #ForTheThrone during their quest.
