As this hole is gettin even deeper for R.Kelly, Lawyer Michael Avenatti says there is a third video tape that allegedly shows R-and-B singer R. Kelly engaging in sexual acts with an underage girl. He just handed over a second tape last week that supposedly shows Kelly having sex with a 12-year-old. He is representing a whistleblower against the singer who claims to know the identity of the girl. Avennati now says he is working to hand over a third alleged sex tape to police. Kelly has been accused of sexual misconduct involving minors multiple times over the last two decades. He has also been sued by women who claim he had sex with them when they were underage.
