It’ll be a little warmer today, but cloudy as temps get close to 60 degrees.  Some kids are finishing up fall break and some just started theirs, so check out some of the events listed below.

  • If you’re in Hamilton County, visit Stonycreek Farms for their 46th ANNUAL PUMPKIN HARVEST FESTIVAL with ziplines, haunted houses, mazes and more until October 31st.
  • The 31st ANNUAL HEARTLAND APPLE FESTIVAL is alive at Beasley’s Orchard in Danville.  Arts and crafts, live entertainment and music, pony rides, hayrides to the pumpkin patch, straw mountain, good food, and more. For ticket information go to
  • Today from 12-6pm, find your furry friend at the INDY MEGA ADOPTION event at the State Fairgrounds.  Bring a new member of your family home today for only $30.  All pets have been spayed or neutered, vaccinated and micro-chipped.  Get more information at
