To no big surprise, an auction of Prince’s personal items is exceeding expectations. Fans of the musician turned out at the Hard Rock Cafe in New York City on Friday and came ready to spend. Prince’s custom-made yellow cloud guitar, estimated to go for up to 80-thousand-dollars, ended up selling for 225-thousand-dollars. His electric-blue, long-sleeve turtleneck and matching pants sold for 108-thousand-dollars. The seven-time Grammy winner died more than two years ago of an accidental overdose of Fentanyl.
