Well, one that this is definitely not up, are the temps…brrr!! However it is Veteran’s Day and there are not only tons of things FREE for our Veteran’s, but things for you and your family as well. Come out and join 106.7 WTLC at some of the events listed below going on today:
- The Mozel Sanders Radiothon continues today. 106.7 WTLC has teamed up with the Mozel Sanders Foundation to help feed families this Thanksgiving. From 10a-9pm, your WTLC personalities will be at Castleton Square Mall helping with donations and hoping you would could by to donate money and/or your time. - The 68th Annual Christmas Gift and Hobby Show is at the State Fairgrounds this weekend. Under 13 is FREE plus our very own Jerry Wade, The Loverman, will be there at 2pm with singing from Devante Lavant & Joshua Generation. Get ticket information our website at tlcnaptown.com
- While at the State Fairgrounds check out the Great Indy Pet Expo starting at 10am. Not only will there be adorable pets for adoption, but contest, prizes and so much more. Plus, FREE admission to the Christmas Gift and Hobby show. More information is available at greatindypetexpo.com
- The Veteran’s Day Parade is in Downtown Indy starting at 12pm. Some streets are already closed, but come on out to honor our Veterans. This event is absolutely FREE and you can get more information on the other events going on today at veteransdayindy.org
- Join wine and cocktail enthusiasts and brand reps for an afternoon of drinking, sharing stories, mixes and connecting. 4-6 PM part of the Indianapolis 2017 Holiday Wine and Cocktail Fest in Fountain Square. For ticket information go to bit.ly/2xcZIgV
- Kirk Franklin and Ledisi are in town tonight at The Murat Theatre. Tickets are still available and can be purchased at tlcnaptown.com
- Funny man Lavell Crawford is also in town tonight performing a few shows at Morty’s Comedy Joint. Ticket can be purchased at mortyscomedy.com
