More than half of white Americans feel there is discrimination against their race.  A new NPR poll shows 55 percent of whites believe discrimination exists against them in America.  The number of people who could cite examples of discrimination against them was much lower.  Just 19 percent of white people said they’ve been discriminated against while applying for a job.  Only eleven percent said they’ve faced discrimination while applying to a college.  NPR conducted the poll with The Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.
