Free agent quarterback Colin Kaepernick is filing a grievance against NFL owners for collusion.  Bleacher Report’s Mike Freeman reports Kaepernick has filed the grievance and hired an attorney.  Kaepernick has been unsigned through six weeks of the NFL season after opting out of his contract with the San Francisco 49ers.  He notably was the first NFL player to kneel during the national anthem last season to protest racial injustice.  The 29-year-old threw for 2,241 yards, 16 touchdowns and just four interceptions in 12 games with the Niners last season.  Kaepernick has tossed for 12,271 yards, 72 TD’s and 30 picks while adding 13 rushing touchdowns in 69 career games.
