Not trying to be insensitive, but here we go again. I’m Tony Lamont on this Columbus day we have breaking news. Metropolitan police are investigating another fatal shooting on the northeast side of Indianapolis. According to IMPD, officers were dispatched just before 6:40 a.m. this morning to the 6100 block of Le Harve Drive. That’s near Allisonville Road and 62nd Street. No other details are available at this time.

After a wonderful weekend celebrating Payton Manning, looks like Vice President Mike Pence decision to leave Sunday’s Colts game against the San Francisco 49ers before kickoff, put a damper on the celebration. The vice president says he left because several 49ers knelt during the national anthem. There are mixed revenues on the Vice president’s decision to leave But a common complaint of those against his walkout was the insincerity of the act, and the price tag that came along with it. President Trump tweeted I asked @VP Pence to leave the stadium if any players kneeled, disrespecting our country. I am proud of him and @SecondLady Karen. After the game, 49ers safety Eric Reid said Pence had to have expected players to kneel, and still decided to come. “He knew our team has had the most players protest,” said Reid. “He knew that we were probably going to do it again.” The trip is estimated to have cost nearly a quarter of a million dollars.
