Terrence Howard will be losing money to his second wife that he got divorced from in 2015. The judge will reinstate the judgement in favor of his Ex-wife Michelle Ghent to recieve some of Howard’s earnings from Fox television series “Empire.” Wednesday’s ruling said that Howard’s claim that he was forced to sign the agreement and Howard’s repeated attempts to reconcile with his ex-wife into the agreement.
Wednesday’s ruling says the passage of time negates Howard’s claim that he was forced to sign the agreement. The ruling also noted Howard’s repeated attempts to reconcile with his ex-wife as showing he was not coerced into the agreement.
