Yesterday the rumors about the Cleveland Cavaliers are looking for the services of George still stand. Now the Los Angeles Lakers are putting the bid in willing to trade for Paul George since the Laker traded their point guard to the Brooklyn Nets last night.

The Lakers cleared out nearly $54 million of salary cap space — enough to sign PG13 in the summer of 2018. But the Lakers don’t want to wait another year to land Paul George and bring him home. Magic and the Lakers are trying to get the Pacers’ star right now via trade, per Marc Stein of ESPN.
