Page speaks

Minnesota Vikings great Alan Page has two honors. He’s a member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame and now he has a school named after him.  Last week, Alexander Ramsey Middle School in southwest Minneapolis changed its name to Justice Page Middle School. Page tells “Twin cities-dot-com” it’s the “kind of thing you couldn’t anticipate and you couldn’t hope for.”  Page says there are a limited number of professional football players with schools named after them. Page played for the Vikings from 1967-to-1978. He was named NFL MVP in 1971. He served as associate justice of the Minnesota Supreme Court from 1993-to-2015.
