Robin Thicke and Paula Patton are close to signing the custody agreement over their six year son Julian. Thicke and Patton separated in 2015 after 10 years of marriage and in the process of finalizing the divorce.

The Los Angeles County of Children and Family Services has an open investigation into the “Blurred Lines” singer after Julian told teachers his father used excessive spanking to punish him.
