An Indianapolis childcare facility must shut down operations after a four-month-old boy died in its care.

The Indiana Family and Social Services Administration issued a cease and desist order to Mischa Bennett this week, accusing her of caring for nearly a dozen kids without a license.

The baby was found unresponsive inside the woman’s home on Thursday of last week and later died at the hospital.

According to court records, Bennett has a criminal history that includes drugs, prostitution and theft and she was not qualified to run a daycare facility.
