Roland Martin talks to Prosecutor Stephanie Morales about the white former cop in Virginia convicted of killing an unarmed black man.
“From the very beginning it was always about the law as my guide. Once I saw that the facts were there I was successfully able to get an indictment by the grand jury. We have to make sure that the law applies to everyone. We really focused that we had a thorough investigation before indicting,” Morales said.
