Facebook is expressing interest in live-streaming NFL games.  In an interview with “Variety,” Facebook’s VP of partnerships Dan Rose says the social media giant has spoken with the NFL about securing rights to live streams of games.  The league is currently shopping a package for next season that’s anchored by its “Thursday Night Football” games.  Amazon and Verizon are also said to be involved.  Facebook is also interested in producing additional behind the scenes content with the NFL.  Yahoo became the first company to live stream an NFL game last year, bringing in more than 15-million unique viewers.
