Call it the old switch-a-roo. Former American Idol judge Simon Cowell is heading to another talent show, but this time on NBC. Cowell will helm the judge’s table on America’s Got Talent. The music industry exec known for snark and biting critiques will replace radio legend Howard Stern on the show. Cowell tweeted this out Thursday morning:
Auditions for the new season of America’s Got Talent are underway. The show is due to return in the summer of next year and also features entertainer Nick Cannon as host.
