A personal, handwritten letter by Tupac Shakur is going up for sale for 225-thousand-dollars.  The rap icon reportedly wrote the letter while he was locked up on sexual assault charges, shortly before he was killed in 1996.  During a 1995 jail house interview, the rapper said his time in New York’s Clinton Correctional Facility was a time for him to “detox” and “change his ways.”  He also said that while he was sober, “the seeds planted” and showed him “the path to the next level.”  The letter is being sold by the company Moments in Time.
