Singer Jill Scott is topping the charts for the second time in her career. Her new album, “Woman,” scored the top spot on the Billboard 200 after the album banked 62-thousand sales in its first week. She’s the first solo female act to have a number one album since Kelly Clarkson’s “Piece By Piece” arrived in February. Meantime, Scott’s last album, “The Light of the Sun,” also took the number one spot when it was released in 2011. That project opened with 135-thousand sales in its first week.
