Soon-to-be inducted Hall of Fame pass-rusher Charles Haley is giving NFL rookies some interesting advice.  Haley tells the “San Jose Mercury News” rookies should “act like the white guys” in order to stay out of trouble off the field.  The 51-year-old says his main point was that young players need to find the right role models to follow early in their careers.  Haley is set to be enshrined into the Pro Football Hall of Fame next month.  The five-time Pro Bowler racked up 100 and-a-half sacks in 13 seasons between the Niners and Cowboys.
