Whoopi Goldberg is again speaking up in defense of Bill Cosby against allegations that he sexually assaulted several women.  As she hosted “The View” on Tuesday, the actress insisted the former TV star “has not been proven a rapist” while discussing new revelations in the case with her co-hosts.  New findings show that in 2005, Cosby answered “yes” when asked if he intended to use Quaaludes for young women to have sex with him.  The testimony stems from a case involving a former Temple University employee that was settled in 2006.

Cosby’s lawyers have adamantly denied the accusations.
