Two of the breakout stars from Fox’s “Empire” will be taking the stage at next month’s Billboard Music Awards.” Organizers announced Thursday that Jussie Smollett and Bryshere “Yazz” Gray, who play Jamal and Hakeem, are set to perform with British singer Estelle. Estelle was a guest-star on an episode earlier this year, where she sang one of the show’s original tunes “Conqueror.” It will be included in the medley the trio perform at the award show. Other artists on the line-up include Sam Smith, Ed Sheeran and John Legend. The Billboard Music Awards will air live Sunday, May 17th at 8 p.m. Eastern on ABC.
