April Ryan talks about the justice in Ferguson and the grand jury’s decision to delay the arrest of  Darren Wilson, the officer that killed 18-year-old unarmed teen, Michael Brown. She talks to  Indianapolis Police Chief, Rick Height about the fear of more riots in Ferguson and the distrust between civilians and police.

“I think its important to know, we have a commonality of people. If you dont have a relationship with people before crisis happen. When you do you find it a lot easier to manage those things when it happens,” Height said.
