Atlanta Hawks v Indiana Pacers - Game Seven

ESPN is reporting Wednesday morning that Lance Stephenson has made a decision. Stephenson is leaving the Indiana Pacers and has signed a three-year, $27 million  deal with the Charlotte Hornets. ESPN sites the source of their scoop to “league sources.” ESPN reports the deal was done early Wednesday morning after Hornets owner Michael Jordan, general manager Rich Cho and coach Steve Clifford met with Stephenson and his representatives. They held this meeting to discuss the free agent’s future Tuesday night in Las Vegas. Stephenson’s signing with the Hornets ends the shooting guard’s productive but sometimes turbulent run with the ‘Blue n’ Gold’. You may recall, the Pacers offered him a five-year, $44 million dollar contract at the beginning of July which the team was unwilling to increase their offer.
