I understand. This is a key I share in Alpha Elite Coaching. When a man says he doesn’t want to be in a relationship the first thing to say is I understand. Then say nothing else, pause, wait and then magically because you didn’t say anything else he will begin to say more and explain his reasons.
If at no point you do argue with him or try to discount and change his mind you will have accomplished step one. By saying when he is finished ” I understand” he will think you understand him which will be a great relief to him and he will begin to relax and open up to you. Congratulations that was not easy.
