Officials organizing the Indianapolis Super Bowl bid announced that Colts owner Jim Irsay plans to attend the NFL owners meeting where a vote will take place to select the 2018 Super Bowl host city.

Wednesday is the day cities, including Indianapolis, submit their bids to be considered by the NFL owners. Indianapolis is up against Minneapolis and New Orleans, who also want to host the 2018 Super Bowl.

Irsay was arrested in March after being pulled over in Carmel. Shortly after, he entered into a facility. He’s not yet been criminally charged in the case.

The NFL owners will meet and vote on the Super Bowl bids on May 20 in Atlanta, Georgia.
