A data breach at Target is causing a delay in unemployment benefits for Hoosiers. Indiana Workforce Development spokesman Joe Frank says the slowdown is due to a backlog with the bank that issues their debit cards for benefits to out-of-work residents.
Anyone not receiving their benefits is asked to call for help as soon as possible. The benefit helpline number is 1-800-891-6499.
