Take a walk together. Find time during the week to walk as a couple – without music – giving you a chance to communicate. Get closer and hold hands while working out at the same time. The longer the walk – the more you can communicate and get exercise. This is not the time to talk about everyday stress. Look at the beautiful sky together and become best friends again.
