Snow as far as the eye can see.  Yes it’s a Winter Wonderland outside, but it’s not as cold as its been this past week.  If you don’t feel like sitting at home decorating the house for the holiday and want to venture out; check out some of the events listed below:

  • 106.7 WTLC presents…Black Santa for ONE day only.  Have your kids take a picture with Black Santa @The Madame Walker building from 10a-2pm.  For more details see
  • The Bleed Blue Blood Drive and Health Fair is today at Lucas Oil Stadium.  Your Colts and the Indiana Blood Center teamed together again to bring you a free health fair, blood drive, family activities and much more.  See for details
  • Get aboard the Polar Bear Express Train at the Fishers Train Station.  It’s a 75 minute ride to the North Pole.  Several times available and kids under 2 ride free.  See
  • See a unique train wonderland with some of the most famous site in Indianapolis with  Jingle Rails: The Great Western Adventure at the Eiteljorg Museum. Get more details at
  • Have fun with the celebration of Christmas with Live from Delaware Street at the Benjamin Harrison Presidential Site off of Delaware St.  You can even participate in a holiday re-enactment and take a tour of the mansion.  Visit for more details.
  • Ride the Santa Claus Express with Celebration Crossing at the Indiana State Museum with recreations of store windows from LS Ayres, crafts and more.  Open now until Dec. 31st, for time see
  • If you love the outdoors head out to Conner Prairie Interactive Park to see the Gingerbread Village.  It’s a competition and you can check them out now until January.  Also have dinner with Santa at Conner Prairie as well, all details at
  • Get on the Yule Slide and take pictures with Santa at the Childrens Museum as they present Jolly Days Winter Wonderland.  Kids can ice fish, have a snow ball fight and more.  For more information see
  • Check out Rowdie Claus Live at Victory Field today starting at 10am.  Kids can take pictures with the Indianapolis Indians mascot, holiday crafts and more.  Admission is free and for parking just bring a non-perishable food donation for the Wheeler Mission.  Visit
  • It’s Christmas at the Lilly House at the Indianapolis Museum of Art featuring Japanese printmakers and more.  See
  • Free Crafts for Kids is back at Lakeshore Learning Place.  This takes place every Saturday in Dec from 11a-3pm.  Today is Festive Frame Ornament and click here to find out whats going on next weekend.
  • Georgia Street has been transformed into a winter wonderland with the big man himself, Santa.  Visit City Sidewalks on Georgia Street in Downtown Indy this weekend with ice skating, a live nativity and more.  See
  • Visit the Holiday Open House at Mallow Run Winery with snacks, sweet treats, music and of course…wine.  Going on this weekend from 12-6pm; visit their website at for details
  • It’s the Broad Ripple Lights Up Festival starting at 2pm today.  The event is FREE and features live entertainment, parade and more.  For more information
  • Perfect day for ice skating at the State Fairgrounds and check out the newly built Youth Arena adjacent to the Coliseum.  Skate rental is only $4 and hockey skates slightly higher.  For times visit
  • The 3rd Annual Crossroads Classic is here at Bankers Life Fieldhouse with Notre Dame taking on Indiana University at 3:15p followed by Purdue vs. Butler at 6pm.  For ticket information see
