Snow as far as the eye can see.  Yes it’s a Winter Wonderland outside, but it’s not as cold as its been this past week.  If you don’t feel like sitting at home decorating the house for the holiday and want to venture out; check out some of the events listed below:

  • The Bleed Blue Blood Drive and Health Fair is today at Lucas Oil Stadium.  Your Colts and the Indiana Blood Center teamed together again to bring you a free health fair, blood drive, family activities and much more.  See www.colts.com/bleedblue for details

  • Have fun with the celebration of Christmas with Live from Delaware Street at the Benjamin Harrison Presidential Site off of Delaware St.  You can even participate in a holiday re-enactment and take a tour of the mansion.  Visit http://bhpsite.org/ for more details.

  • If you love the outdoors head out to Conner Prairie Interactive Park to see the Gingerbread Village.  It’s a competition and you can check them out now until January.  Also have dinner with Santa at Conner Prairie as well, all details at www.connerprairie.org/
  • Get on the Yule Slide and take pictures with Santa at the Childrens Museum as they present Jolly Days Winter Wonderland.  Kids can ice fish, have a snow ball fight and more.  For more information see www.childrensmuseum.org/jollydays
  • Check out Rowdie Claus Live at Victory Field today starting at 10am.  Kids can take pictures with the Indianapolis Indians mascot, holiday crafts and more.  Admission is free and for parking just bring a non-perishable food donation for the Wheeler Mission.  Visit www.indyindians.com/
