  • The 43rd Annual Tri Kappa Gingerbread Christmas is in Plainfield with one of the largest and best holiday gift and fine crafts show.  Only $3 and parking is free.  See http://www.plainfieldtrikappa.org/ for details
  • Martin University is holding it’s 8th Annual Books and Breakfast with Santa.  Bring the kids out for live storytelling, holiday photo’s and more.  $10 per child and parents are free.  Its hosted by Alpha Kappa Alpha and see http://bbws2013.eventbrite.com/ for more information.
  • Food, crafts and more are all at the Christmas Bazaar at Calvary Christian School off of Keystone Ave.  Take pics with Mr. & Mrs. Claus until 3pm and admission is absolutely FREE!! See http://on.fb.me/qJQ1Ky
  • Get on the Polar Bear Express Train at the Fishers Train Station.  Take a ride to Santa’s home at the North Pole through Noblesville.  Kids under 2 are free; for more information click on http://itm.org/PBX.php

  • Visit the Gingerbread Village at Conner Prairie Interactive History Park.  Its a competition and you can see the neighborhood of gingerbread creations.  See http://www.connerprairie.org/ for details.
  • The Childrens Museum Yuletide celebration is back with Jolly Days Winter Wonderland.  Go down the yule slide, visit with Santa, ice fish and more through Jan. 5th.  For details see http://www.childrensmuseum.org/jollydays

  • There’s going to be a celebration on Georgia Street with the Meijer Tail Greater Party for all those visiting for the Big Ten Football Championship Game.  There’ll be live music, eating contest, food trucks and more.  Come out for the celebration from 12-8pm.

  • A Memorial service will take place tomorrow, Sunday for Nelson Mandela.  Service will start at 5pm outside the State House by Church Federation of Greater Indianapolis.
